T+ History

Each Tea Sour cocktail was mixed with T+, a tea liqueur created by two Italian bartenders. They originally tried to find a liqueur for their cocktails but being perfectionists, they ended up creating one themselves. T+ is made with handpicked black tea leaves, gently distilled to coax out the flavours. Sensitive palates will taste creamy malt, walnuts, a little bergamot and lemon zest, with a balance of tannins, fresh florals, toasted nuts and a wisp of smoke.
