Apple Rum Punch History

The humble apple has long been synonymous with Christmas - initially used as Christmas tree decorations, they have since become one of the best loved festive flavours. Our master mixologist Patrick Pistolesi set out to distill the essence of rich spiced apples for our Christmas collection, resulting in this Apple Rum Punch. Full bodied toffee apple flavours from Calvados and treacly spiced rum are balanced by tart green apple liqueur, and rounded off with a sweet touch of anise from absinthe. Christmas in a glass - over ice.
